Townhouse fully refurbished with basement transformation

A series of contemporary interventions happily coexist with the original architectural details of this four-storey Georgian terraced house, which was fully refurbished by Jones Associates.

At the heart of this project was the transformation of a dark and uninviting basement into an airy, clean-lined kitchen/dining space that opens out onto a newly-landscaped rear garden.

The refined materials and muted colours were selected to create an appropriate setting for the client’s collection of modern paintings and furniture.
